Well the actual Nike store doesn't even sell it so it clearly isn't something easy to find. Sure you can find it but it's not easy you need to randomly find someone selling them and since you supposedly only have like 4 days it doesn't seem possible. Sometimes for a reliable resource you should just order online

Al Kildani - There's this little workshop on hamra street sweifieh (right opposite boston fried chicken) on the first floor. It might feel a bit sketchy to get into at first but the tailoring is impeccable and they specialise in jeans and pants! It's a loud and crazy place, if you have trouble finding it just ask any of the neighbouring shops!
